WHAT IS CGT?

FOUNDATION HISTORY

The military community Company Group Team was founded by servicemen of one of the units in 2018. The general concept of the "CGT" philosophy - is to promote a new face of the army – professionals in their field, honorable servicemen, with a sense of honor and dignity before the people they swore an oath to.

Almost from the very beginning of its activity, the community members encountered a simple reality: many important needs at the front had to be met with their own efforts. In parallel, requests arose for training, experience exchange, support for comrades after injuries, etc.

GOAL

Initially, it was a small initiative to help "our own". However, over time, it became clear that the accumulated experience, connections, and opportunities allowed for doing more — not just for a separate group, but for entire units. Thus, a community gradually formed, which today unites several units, volunteer and civilian initiatives around a common goal — strengthening the combat capabilities of the Ukrainian army.

DIRECTIONS OF ACTIVITY

With the development of the community, the directions of activity also expanded. In addition to direct support for units, we began to systematically work with training, analytics, equipment development, and information work. Separate teams emerged, engaged in training military personnel according to modern standards, analyzing new technologies, and adapting solutions already used on the battlefield.

ANALYTICAL WORK

Analytical work also became an important direction. The team processes information received by units during task execution, researches the use of new technologies, analyzes enemy capabilities, and helps find ways to adapt these solutions for their own needs. Part of this work is public, but a significant portion remains unnoticed by the general public.

VETERAN SUPPORT

We pay special attention to supporting military personnel after their return from service. Veterans need not only rest but also the opportunity to find themselves again in civilian life — in a profession, business, or education. That is why we help with employment, starting their own business, and economic adaptation.

NATIONAL-PATRIOTIC EDUCATION

We also participate in patriotic and educational projects, support initiatives aimed at training youth, organize training events, and help create training programs together with military structures.

COMBAT WORK

At the same time, a significant part of our activity does not enter the public space. The main priority of the community is the combat work of the units and the timely provision of their needs. We constantly modernize approaches, improve tactics and technologies, test new solutions in practice, and share experience with other units. We do not work against the system — we complement it where necessary, filling gaps that can affect the outcome.

MERCH

Community merchandise has become a separate tool of support.

It is important to us that people who support the community share its values. Even if you are not military, but choose "CGT" products, you become part of a community united by respect for professionalism, responsibility for their work, and support for Ukrainian military personnel.

All proceeds from the sale of products are directed to support CGT units that perform combat missions. Today, this is no longer one group, but several full-fledged units that require constant support.

It is important to us that people who support the community share its values. Even if you are not military, but choose CGT products, you become part of a community united by respect for professionalism and responsibility for their work.
